All Sales Are Final

Please carefully review your order before confirming your purchase. We provide pictures and details of each stone carving on our website. Due to limited inventory and the nature of shipping packages, all sales are considered final at checkout. If at any time you feel there was an issue with your shipment, you can email us directly for a resolution.

 

For packages lost in transit: All claims must be submitted within (7) days from the estimated delivery date provided to you.

 

Wrong Address - If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or if the shipment goes unclaimed and is returned to our facility, you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment. The user is liable for re-shipment costs including the original shipping cost of the product plus a service charge of $4.00. If no re-shipping address is provided or we cannot reach you, the package(s) will be put back up for sale.
