This shipping policy outlines the terms and conditions for shipping products purchased from our online store. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

Shipping Methods and Time Frames

Our standard shipping option typically delivers within 5-10 business days. Please note that these time frames are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and any unforeseen circumstances.

Order Processing

Once your order is placed, we will process it within 1-3 business days. This includes order verification, packaging, and labeling. You will receive a separate confirmation email with your order details and tracking information once your order has been shipped from the warehouse.

Shipping Costs and Fees

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, destination, and shipping method selected. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at the checkout before you finalize your purchase. We may also charge additional fees for handling or customs duties, if applicable.

Tracking and Notifications

You can track the status of your shipment by using the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email. This email will be sent once your order is packaged and ready to be  shipped. (This can take 1-7 business days.) We will also send you periodic notifications to keep you informed about the progress of your order. If you have any questions or need assistance, our customer support team is available to help.

Returns and Exchanges

We will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. We do not accept exchanges of any kind. Please be sure to check size charts and descriptions before placing an order.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.

If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.

  • Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item. 
  • Please allow us  5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
  • We will email you after return has been processed to confirm what has been done.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

In the unfortunate event that your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will initiate an investigation and work towards a resolution.   • We are not responsible for any delays in shipping caused by external factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions or carrier delays.
  • We reserve the right to modify or update our shipping policy at any time without prior notice. The most recent version will be posted on our website.
